Vallarta Botanical Garden entrance & guided tour

Once inside, your group (max 13 people) will receive an exclusive guided walking tour of the Gardens, where you will learn about our spectacular plant collections, our mission for the conservation of local ecosystems and biodiversity, and our environmental education programs with neighboring communities.

Walking tour is approx 1 hour 45 min

This is the only guided tour of the Gardens available, and is only available as part of this package.

An authentic Mexican meal

After your tour, this package ticket includes a meal of authentic Mexican cuisine and seasonal drinks in our restaurant, with the best views around!

You may even have a hummingbird or two join you at your table!

Sunscreen, lightweight long-sleeved shirt and long pants shirts to stay covered and protected (optional)
Closed-toed shoes suitable for hiking trails of moderate difficulty (including inclined and uneven surfaces)
Swimming suit and a towel (optional)

 Verified Incredible experience This tour was the highlight of our trip. Our group of eight was led by our wonderful guide, Eduardo. The drive up to the gardens comes with beautiful views of the coastline and info about the area from our guide. The gardens tour was incredible, and Eduardo’s wealth of knowledge and clear passion and love for nature made the experience even better. Lunch was served on a patio with a great view of the mountains and river below, and the food was some of the best we had in PV. Would highly recommend; we loved it!

 Verified The Gardens and worth it! Marcos Mendoza Was simply the best tour guid you could ask for. He was so kind and knowledgeable. First he picked my wife and I up at a StarBucks. “Awesome way to start the day rite?” Then he drove us off in this Slick White clean Suburban. Off we went to the south end of the Bay of Banderas up into the hills we went. Passing all of busses and taxis. That would normally take so much longer to get to are destination. The Vallarta Botanical Gardens. His tour of the gardens were jam packed with so much useful information and historical facts that you honestly found yourself relaxed and focused on the beauty of what this garden is offering you. Request Marcos if he is available. You won’t regret it. His personal knowledge of the area and gardens you can’t pass up. Pick the Tour with the Lunch at the gardens restaurant.  Verified A Delightful Way to Spend a Day in Puerto Vallarta Eduardo was enthusiastic and informative about the history of the gardens , the founder-Bob Price, the botanicals, vanilla, cocoa, orchids and more. Eduardo and the Botanical Gardens were one of the top 3 highlights of my three week trip in Mexico. Lunch at view from Hacienda de Oro was delightful!
